1. Planning Analyst (Engineer, MBA)

Responsibilities and Duties:
 
•    Overall business planning; strategic planning; business development;      business cases; competitive analysis; trends, market and research analysis on Enterprise, Telecom, Channels and other businesses pertinent to Emerson Network Power, covering various verticals and industries in Asia
•    Business Planning / Strategic Planning / Business Development:
•    Coordinating the development of business plans, market sizing , market share analysis , growth plans and other related business planning activities
•    Performing market study and analysis, and deriving recommendations for strategic and tactical implementation
•    Business Cases:
•    Business cases for growth programs, new product and/or solutions introduction / development, new channel development, etc.
•    Developing presentations, formulating and making strategic recommendations to management
•    Acquiring and maintaining data on market, industry, economic and competitive conditions and trends pertaining to related products and businesses
•    Driving and/or participating in special projects, particularly cross-functional projects
•    Participating in meetings and assuming responsibility for the minutes and communicating to stakeholders as required by management
•    Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:


•    Bachelors degree in Engineering with MBA degree is required
•    Demonstrated leadership capabilities are required
•    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels within the organization including: verbally, in writing and in a more formal meeting / presentation setting
•    Must have excellent persuasive and presentation skills
•    Must possess excellent organizational skills
•    Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
•    Ability to recognize opportunities then develop proposals and solutions is required
•    Computer literacy (MS Office Applications, specifically Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
•    Fluent and proficient in English
•    Flexibility to travel may also be required


2. Business Process Analyst

Responsibilities and Duties:

•    Conduct interviews, analyze and document business processes
•    Analyze and critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and distinguish presented user requests from true needs
•    Identify, define, record, map and communicate user and functional requirements for necessary business process changes, improvements and introductions
•    Be the liaison between the business units and support teams
•    Research and present marketplace problems, business modeling and/or competitive moves to trigger new process ideas and improvements
•    Perform investigational analysis and evaluation to determine feasibility / applicability of proposed process changes, improvements and introductions
•    Implement recommended process, and lead change management programs for new process
•    Work both independently and collaboratively as necessary to solve unique problems
•    Drive and/or participate in special projects, particularly cross-functional projects
•    Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:


•    Must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.  MBA degree is an added advantage.
•    Should have a good understanding of business and operating models
•    Strong orientation for process improvement reviews and analysis
•    Proven analytical skills and orientation to detail
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
•    Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
•    Computer literacy (MS Office Applications, specifically Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

3. Business Analyst, Asia

Responsibilities and Duties:

•    To proactively identify, analyze and provide effective strategic planning, market analysis and research services as needed / required by Asia Management.
•    To assist Asia Management with preparing internal and external presentation and research analysis report, as appropriate.
•    Direct the feasibility study process to determine the potential entry strategy of the company into expansion markets.
•    Responsible for the identification, research, evaluation and execution of acquisition, Joint Venture and Strategic Partnership Deals for development opportunities
•    Perform complex statistical analyses to assist Asia Management with preparing internal and external presentation and research analysis report, as appropriate.
•    Provide research, analysis and recommendations on the external environment as part of the development of strategic plan for Emerson Network Power – Asia.
•    Identify strategic issues and research requirements for existing and new business.
•    Identify major markets and target segments and recommend market selections and strategies based on the expected financial return.
•    Conduct surveys to identify customer needs and evaluate and monitor their requirements. This includes selecting outside vendors, when necessary, managing the projects, evaluation and analyzing responses and making recommendations.
•    Provide research support and recommendations for development and implementation strategies.
•    Analyze major competitor strategies, identify and monitor changing patterns of competition and recommend response.
•    Acquire and maintain data on the market, industry, economic, and competitive conditions and trends pertaining to related products.
•    Respond to management requests for special projects and analyses. Provide guidance and expertise on field market research projects as requested by management.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or any related field.  A Master’s Degree in Business Administration is also required.
•    Proven academic record
•    Knowledge of and experience in providing economic, market and business research and analysis for related business.
•    Strong analytical and presentation skills; Must be able to analyze, interpret and explain performance and/or strategic plan issues.
•    Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
•    Fluent and proficient in English
•    Demonstrated leadership capabilities is required; Must be assertive and driven

6.    Investor Relations Officer

Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and the financial community. Take the lead in defining and implementing the corporate message . Prepare the strategic and business-related PRs,  corporate kits, fact sheets. Plan and coordinate investors conferences, road shows, and presentations. Review financial reports and ensure compliance with PSE disclosure policy. Manage the content of the corporate IR website. Provide senior management with market intelligence reports

Requirements:


•    Must have a degree in business, economics, public relations, marketing, or related discipline
•    Must have outstanding communication skills  and with the ability to develop relationships and inspire confidence, trust and respect from internal and external contacts
•    Must have high degree of attention to detail, strong sense of urgency, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
•    Exposure in financial analysis, investment and strategic planning is an advantage

7.    Investment Specialist

Responsible for the sales growth of investment products through aggressive sales and marketing initiatives to high net worth individuals and corporate accounts. Supervises the associates in the day-to-day servicing of clients’ investment  needs (i.e. fixed income securities, high-cost deposits, pooled funds and foreign exchange).

Duties and Responsibilities
1.    Establish strategy and plan for sourcing, material supply, warehousing, logistics, and availability to meet forecast.
2.    Monitor forecast and quota change, and assess the impact of changes to overall demand plan.
3.    Manage allocation of capacity to fulfill demand and replenishment orders.
4.    Participate in the selection of suppliers and freight forwarders.
5.    Coordinate efforts with other managers within the organization to ensure Supply Chain is operating effectively, efficiently, and in the most cost effective manner possible.
6.    Manage relationships with suppliers and conduct on-going supplier analysis to meet capacity and process need.
7.    Monitor and report regular shipment schedule.
8.    Manage the transportation and logistics of stocks to assure goods arrive at customer on schedule.
9.    Establish systems and processes for the overall supply chain execution in planning, inventory control and shipment monitoring.
10.    Coordinate and control the order cycle and associated information systems.

Knowledge & Skills:
1.    Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management and logistics
2.    Hands-on knowledge working with suppliers and freight forwarders/logistics companies
3.    Demonstrated leadership skills and managerial experience
4.    Demonstrated analytical ability
5.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
