The enrollment for the second trimester of the school year 2010-2011 will start from July 5 - 10, 2010. For your guidance, please take note of the following instructions and procedures.
ONLINE PAYMENT
For all AGSB students, you may use the facilities of the BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS to pay your tuition fees online. To avail of these facilities, please enroll ATENEO GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS (ADMBUS) in your BPI check-free payment accounts to pay your tuition fees via any one of three portals: EXPRESS PHONE BANKING (89-100), EXPRESSONLINE.COM, or ATMs located in the various branches of the bank.
Also, you may also use the Banco de Oro online payment facilities as payment channel for this trimester. To be able to use its facilities, please perform the following steps:
1. Go to your Branch of Account in Banco de Oro and fill out the FASTeller ATM/FASTPhone/FASTNet enrollment form from the Customer Sales Assistant (CSA) in the New Accounts Section.
• Account enrollment is a requirement for FASTeller ATM payment transactions.
• For BDO ATM cardholders, FASTNet enrollment can be done online via www.fastnet.com.ph
2. Fill in the necessary information and submit the duly accomplished FASTeller ATM/FASTPhone/FASTNet form to the CSA.
If you want more information, please get copies of instructional brochures from my Office.
For all AITI students, please pay directly to the Cashier in the Salcedo campus to be officially registered.
ENROLLMENT FOR OLD STUDENTS
1. All registrations and enrollments will be done via our online facilities. You can enroll from where you are by going to our website www.gsb.ateneo.edu for AGSB students and ws1.gsb.ateneo.edu/aiti for AITI students. Enter your student ID number as username and surname as your password. Enter and click registration. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU ENTER YOUR CORRECT ID NUMBER AND SURNAME.
2. You may also proceed to our Rockwell Campus and enroll through our computer kiosks located at four locations in the first and second floors of the APS building with assistance from our staff. For AITI students, you can proceed to the Salcedo Campus where you can be helped in enrolling online.
3. For AGSB students, once you have completed the online registration process, please print the amount of the tuition fee assessment and pay online through the facilities of the BANK OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS. You can pay through either one of three ways: EXPRESS PHONE BANKING (89-100), EXPRESSONLINE.COM, OR EXPRESS TELLER MACHINES located in BPI’s various branches if you have listed ATENEO GRADUATE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS (ADMBUS) as a merchant in your check-free payment accounts as explained above. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT BPI WILL NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS OVER THE COUNTER. In paying through these facilities, please use as your reference number your student ID number.
For those paying through the facilities of BANCO DE ORO, be sure that you have enrolled your accounts with the bank. You can then pay through FASTeller ATM, FASTPhone, or FASTNet as described above.
4. For AITI students, you may print the assessment form as your reference for payment to the Cashier in the Salcedo Campus. Please take note that because you cannot avail yet of the online payment system of BPI, your assessment form will not show the amount of your tuition fee. But once you reach the Cashier to pay, the Cashier will compute your tuition fees. You will then be issued an official receipt for your payment. The Salcedo Campus Cashier will then tag your enrollment as official. You may also pay with your credit cards if you wish.
5. For AGSB students, you may also pay through the Cashier in the Rockwell Campus from 11 AM to 7 PM in the evening if you cannot pay through BPI or EPCIB. All credit card payments will only be entertained in the Rockwell Campus during this period also.
6. All payments whether through BPI or EPCIB facilities or through the Cashiers in Rockwell or Salcedo must be made on or before 7 PM of the day. It is very important that you make these payments during this period because your failure to pay within this cut-off will cancel your earlier registration. You will have to register and enroll again if you fail to do so in order to be included in the class list.
7. All tuition receipts for payment made through BPI facilities will be issued to you by the Cashier upon receipt of the BPI report of your payments usually before 11 AM. You can claim them as soon as you are in the Campus. For those who pay directly to the Cashiers, you will get your official receipts immediately.
8. As soon as you get your official receipt, please present this to the INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS SECTION for your syllabi and course materials. These materials will not be issued to you without your tuition fee receipt from the Cashier.
The same is true for all AITI students. Present your official receipts to the AITI enrollment assistant so that the appropriate course and syllabi materials will be issued to you.
9. For further inquiries and references, you can access your student page by using your ID and surname as username and password to verify the subjects that you have registered and enrolled in. Or you can see any of my staff members for more information both for AGSB and AITI.
ENROLLMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS
1. All new AGSB and AITI students will follow the same procedures as indicated above. They will use their temporary ID numbers as username and surname as password which were given when they applied. Once paid, they will be given new permanent ID numbers which will be reflected on the tuition fee receipt that they will obtain from the Cashiers. With this new ID, the temporary ID will be disabled and they can only access their student pages with the use of the new ID.
2. For further inquiries and assistance, new students can approach any of my staff members for help in their registration and enrollment.
REGISTRATION AND ENROLLMENT CUT-OFF
For purposes of time and date reckoning, the registration and enrollment will start at 8:00 in the morning of Monday, July 5 ,2010. The registration and enrollment will close at 6 PM of the day for maintenance and will open again at 8 PM thereafter. Payments will be accepted up to 7 PM for BPI, BDOand Campus Cashiers, as the case may be.
